checks whether a mesh has been stored with the NC sequence. If the mesh is valid, that is, the geometry has not changed since the earlier computation, Creo NC
uses it to compute the tool path. If a mesh has not been stored or is not valid, a new mesh is generated and stored with the NC sequence. This is the default.
