The coefficient that Creo NC uses to multiply with the estimated material removed to calculate the actual estimated material removed. This is an optional parameter. This parameter is applicable only for steps in Process Table that use tapping tool.

If you specify or modify the mfg_tap_mat_rem_coef configuration parameter for a process table step that uses the tapping tool, Creo NC does not recalculate the estimated material removed value for the step. To recalculate the estimated material removed value for the step, you must remove and add the material removal feature from the step.
