Starting with Creo 4.0 I have now also added the Model Based Definition 3D mode drawing setup options.
They are marked in the list as (Also MBD) or (Only MBD)

Now also hidden drawing setup options available
I have now also made all hidden drawing detail setup options available starting from Creo Parametric 4.0.
Undocumented options like default_note_leader_type and symbol_font can now at least be found.
