Changed blended_transparency from no to independent in the config.pro

Since Creo 7.0 the blended transparency could no longer be selected through the ui. This made the Advanced shade mode tests perform with the top 2 assemblies completely invisible. Resulting in a small (incorrect) performance improvement. And overall even a performance decrease.

For Creo 7.0 and 8.0 this new setting must be in the config.pro. The count tool on this site now disables uploads for these Creo versions with the previous benchmark version (7.0)

If you have already uploaded Creo 7.0 results I urge you to rerun them with this new benchmark version.
